Low Earth Orbit Positioning, Navigation, and Timing

(LEO-PNT)

Low Earth Orbit Positioning, Navigation, and Timing

A new approach to deliver resilient Positioning, Navigation and Timing (PNT)

A new approach to deliver resilient Positioning, Navigation and Timing (PNT)

Modern society has developed a fundamental dependence on the availability of reliable and accurate positioning, navigation and timing information. From the precision required in modern transportation infrastructure, such as cars, aircraft, and ships to the secure synchronization of communications networks, power systems and financial services, satellite navigation is an invisible but essential foundation of everyday life.

ArkEdge Space is developing a new positioning, navigation and timing layer using satellites in Low Earth Orbit. Our system is designed to mitigate threats from jamming and spoofing, and to meet the demands of existing and future autonomous systems in terms of accuracy and performance. Our system will complement GNSS and terrestrial systems,  and increase the diversity of available signals and services.
